1. Introduction
1. Welcome Gerlis Ceramics. These terms and conditions govern your use of our products and services. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products or engaging in any transactions with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Through out these terms and conditions, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Gerlis Ceramics, and "you" and "your" refer to the customer or user of our products and services.
2. Product Information
1. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our ceramic products, including descriptions, images, pricing and availability. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness
of such information and reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
2. The images of our products are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary in appearance, color and size.
3. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products available for purchase and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Ordering and Payment
1. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. All prices are listed in the currency specified and do not include applicable taxes, shipping or handling fees, unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment is due at the time of placing the order. We are using as Payex as our payment gateway.
4. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and refund any payments made.
4. Shipping and Delivery
1. We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship your order within the specified timeframe. However we cannot guarantee delivery dates as they may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.
2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process and are subject to change based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.
3. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect the products upon receipt and contact us within 5 days if there are any issues or discrepancies.
5. Returns and Refunds
1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase . If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the products to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds will be made in store credit for the same amount, the same way the product price that was originally purchased.
4. Refund procedure shall be started within 14 days as when then returned goods have been received by us, after checking that the return has been correctly exercised and that the returned products are accepted.
6. Intellectual Property
1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos and copyrights related to our ceramic products and services, remain the exclusive property of Gerlis Ceramics. You are prohibited from using or reproducing any of these materials without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
1. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products or services.
