However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. Please read our policy below for details on returns and refunds.
1. Returns:
1.1 Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately upon receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and, if found to be damaged or defective, we will offer you the following options:
Replacement: We will send you a new, undamaged item at no additional cost depending on stocks availability.
Refund: We will issue a full refund in terms of store credit, including any shipping charges you may have incurred.
1.2 Non-Damaged Items:
If you wish to return a non-damaged item for any reason other than being defective, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges.
2. Refunds: 2.1 Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. 2.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method. 3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable: Custom-made or personalized items. Items on clearance sale. Items that have been used, damaged or altered by the customer. Items that are not in their original condition or packaging. 4.
